Shipping policy

Processing/Creation time: 

  • 1-2 business weeks for Leather Chokers/Collars
  • 1 business week for Day Chokers/Collars & Engraved Products (Items requiring a clear coat will take an additional 1 week due to the lengthy process to apply the clear coat)

Shipping times: We are USA Based. Shipping times are determined by the method chosen at checkout. These do not include the processing times.

Orders within the USA

  • USPS First Class Mail: Approximately 3-5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 2-3 business days
  • USPS Express Mail: Approximately 1-2 business days

Orders outside the USA

  • USPS First Class International: Approximately 2-6 weeks 
  • USPS Priority Mail International: Approximately 1-3 weeks
  • USPS Express Mail International: Approximately 3-5 business days

Customs & Import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any custom fees and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs fees/import taxes that need to be paid. 
Please note that UPS charges higher brokerage fees upon delivery than USPS.

EU Shipping - Effective 08/12/2025:
As of the date listed above, we are ending shipping to the EU due to the new EU Extended Producer Responsibility regulations. 

European Union’s updated Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations mandate that businesses sending physical goods into EU member states must maintain individual national database registrations in every receiving country, partner with local Producer Responsibility Organizations (PROs), and fulfill recurring material reporting and environmental licensing obligations.

EU Consumer Rights Exemption In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, specifically Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the mandatory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. By placing an order for a bespoke or customized item, you acknowledge tour items are exempt from standard withdrawal rights.
