Processing/Creation time:
- 1-2 business weeks for Leather Chokers/Collars
- 1 business week for Day Chokers/Collars & Engraved Products (Items requiring a clear coat will take an additional 1 week due to the lengthy process to apply the clear coat)
Shipping times: We are USA Based. Shipping times are determined by the method chosen at checkout. These do not include the processing times.
Orders within the USA
- USPS First Class Mail: Approximately 3-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 2-3 business days
- USPS Express Mail: Approximately 1-2 business days
Orders outside the USA
- USPS First Class International: Approximately 2-6 weeks
- USPS Priority Mail International: Approximately 1-3 weeks
- USPS Express Mail International: Approximately 3-5 business days
Customs & Import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any custom fees and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs fees/import taxes that need to be paid.
