Good build

The shipping was quick and the quality is so great. It has a nice weight to it and the packaging was superb!

Amazing quality and very nice packaging!

Timely Arrival

Product arrived exactly within the shipping estimate and was everything I wanted.

Order updates were available about once a week on the store's instagram page.

For this product specifically, I was a little worried and wished there was more information on the sizing. I love the idea of pulling on the heart to tighten the item, but had no idea how or if to account for that when entering the size information.

I ended up not accounting for it and since my girlfriend's neck sat around 3/4 of an inch, I chose to round up instead of down. It worked out nicely. It gave enough room to sit on her neck comfortably and enough room to pull on the item.

If you are also concerned or worried, the biggest piece of advice I found on a different item listing was to just submit a comfortable size.

I'm positive the shop owner would also be willing to help if you messaged them.

Grat product

Arrived in perfect condition, and it's like the images, perfect for a gift!

Perfect except the coating on the heart ring chipped right away. Next time I wouldn’t get one with a coating.
